Joseph is a trained Chemical Engineer with a research background in nanoscience and logistics. His focus is on making STEM subjects engaging, relevant, and practical for learners of all ages. Joseph leads our STEM masterclasses and works with our tutors to develop approaches that connect science and technology to real-world applications, helping students see not only how to solve problems, but also why it matters.

With over 20 years of leadership experience in international education, Natalia is a seasoned strategist dedicated to creating enriching, student-centred learning environments. Having served as a whole-school principal and educational consultant, she combines practical leadership insight with a strong foundation in curriculum design, assessment frameworks, and pastoral care.
As Designated Safeguarding Lead, Natalia oversees the company’s safeguarding policies and staff training, making sure all tutors understand their responsibilities in protecting the wellbeing of young people and vulnerable learners.
