Tutor applications
Join our tutor network.
We work with a small, curated panel of subject specialists. If you teach A-Level Sciences or Maths, IB Diploma subjects, or coach for Oxbridge admissions or the UCAT, we want to hear from you.

Who we hire
Senior specialists, not generalists.
We hire current and former Heads of Department, exam-board markers, IB examiners, and PhD holders in their subject specialism. The panel is small by design and we are selective.
Every tutor on the panel holds a Master's degree or doctorate in the subject they teach, and substantial teaching experience is essential. Both are requirements rather than preferences: applications without them do not proceed. A recognised teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent) is desirable.
We are particularly interested in tutors with experience of more than one exam board (Edexcel, AQA, OCR, Cambridge), IB Diploma examiners, and tutors with direct admissions-testing experience (TARA, ESAT, MAT, UCAT, Oxbridge interviews).
The vetting process
How we vet. Same for everyone.
An interview, a check that you hold legitimate qualifications, confirmation of your teaching experience, written references requested directly from your referees, an enhanced DBS check for UK-based tutors or a police certificate for those overseas, and mandatory safeguarding training. We only engage experienced teachers, and every tutor completes our Safer Recruitment process before meeting a student.

Apply online.
The form below takes about ten minutes. You will need your CV, the certificate for your highest qualification, and the full names and email addresses of two professional referees who have agreed to be contacted.
We read every application. Where an application is the right fit, we will be in touch to arrange an interview as the first step.
Before you apply, please read our Tutor Privacy Notice. It explains what we collect about you, how we handle references and vetting, how long we keep it, and your rights.
